Hello, I don’t understand your answer as we receive within the pack à special manual saying we must change the global box with the scale inhibitor from the clear water tank every 96 months. My water is hard and i need this.
If you want to replace the Scale Inhibitor, you can only register it through after-sales service and then send the device to the repair center for replacement.
It is ridiculous. So we stop the cleaning of our house for few weeks just to change small balls in a tank and unplug a plastic pipe? Seriously you should consider to sell it in all the countries the x50 is sold otherwise it is nonsense.
