[X50 Ultra Complete] X50 with high potential but still with issues

Hi all, I would like to share my first day experience with the X50 which has a big potential.
- Lost one of the the mops 3 times. (Update, didn't happen anymore)
- Turns around for hours on a foot wipe mat and woke me up at night. (Update, didn't happen anymore)
- Corner cleaning apparently improved with the last update but still can do a little bit better.
- When I take away a small carpet, hoping for a mop cleaning, the robot still sees a carpet insead of a tile floor. (Update, didn't happen anymore)
- Default suction clould be a little bit higher.

Besides the issues I would like to see an option to mute the voice updates during a scheduled clean (at night)

Firmware version 4.3.9_1911

Dear HP559851,

Regarding your question about X50 Ultra Complete, we recommend:

Please try to fix the issue by following the steps below first:

1. Please confirm whether the mop pad holder is installed in the shutdown state. It is recommended to install the mop pad hodlers after turning on the robot, otherwise the mop pad holders may not be magnetically attached.
2. When the robot climbs over carpets, thresholds, or small steps, the mop pad holders may get stuck, causing the mop pad holders to fall. It is recommended that you set up a mopping restricted area to prevent the robot from entering with mop pad holders. And try to tidy up the power cords on the floor before cleaning to prevent the mop pad holders from falling due to entanglement.

3. Please install the mop pad holders manually to check if the mop pad holders have magnetic attraction.

4. Restart the robot and try again.

5. You need to manually remove the carpet on the map.
