DREAME L40 ULTRA robot vacuum does not detect the dust bag

Hello,
My DREAME L40 ULTRA robot vacuum does not detect the dust bag. It is properly installed. I bought this robot recently, on March 18, 2025. I have already done a few cleanings without any issues. I have tried removing and reattaching the bag, but it is still not detected. What should I do?

Try to clear cache in app, turn off the robot and the dock. After a few minutes turn on all and see if it works

I found where the problem comes from.
The metal tip doesn’t go in properly.
So the device doesn’t detect the dust bag.
For example, if I press this button with a pointed object, the device detects the dust bag.
So we need to find a solution to keep this button permanently pressed…
Even when I insert a bag, it’s still not detected.
Do you have a solution?

When I press on the nozzle, the dust bag is detected.
But when I insert the dust bag, it is no longer detected.
We need to find a way to apply pressure on the nozzle so that it gets detected.
