[A1 Pro] Last software update

Since the latest software update (4.3.6_0232), the A1 Pro cannot be displayed in the app (on IOS). Message : « failed to load plugin. Please try again ». Same problem on my iPad…

Hello. Please don't worry, we recommend that you contact our after-sales department to roll back the firmware version.

Remember to provide the device's SN number, firmware version screenshot, Dreamehome ID and invoice. The after-sales department will give priority to your issue.

To help your support department issue a patch, you can tell them that, if I turn off my mobile data and my Wi-Fi, I can connect to the robot via Bluetooth only. At that point, the map loads and I can access the settings. But the problem reappears as soon as I get out of 'aeroplane' mode.

Hello, i've also got the same problem and I also am in touch with the support. Multiple people also have reported it on Reddit, so I hope it'll be fixed soon, cause having such a costy device running with half its features is kinda sad and bad. Have a nice day!

Le robot ne fonctionne plus du tout « dysfonctionnement du LiDAR » alors qu’il a très bien fonctionné lors de la dernière tonte vendredi malgré le problème de connexion…. C’est très ennuyeux comme situation ! 1400€ pour un robot qui ne tond pas la pelouse, ça devient problématique…
