Since the latest update, the x40 no longer moves crosswise during intensive carpet cleaning but follows the same path twice.
Any solution?
App reinstall and robot reset did not help.

Hello! Thank you very much for your reply. Strictly speaking, this is a known issue. However, only a very small number of users will experience this problem. This should be a bug caused by some special circumstances.
In the video, you'd only see that it properly cleans the carpet, but then, when it should start cleaning across it, it goes back to the beginning of the path and follows exactly the same route again.
I did some experimenting and came to the following conclusions. If carpet cleaning is set as the first task, then the intensive carpet cleaning works well. However, if I turn off the “clean carpet first” option, it goes over the carpet twice using the same route.
