L10s ultra gen 2 no wet mop pads

I have purchased this model in november 2024 and tested it once. Due to renovation I stored the device and now, the renovation is complete. As I installed the robot again I learned it all the rooms and tried it. Vacuuming goes well. However, the mopping doesn't work. The pads extract but stay dry at all times. When returned to the base station, it cleanes the pads but even now, the pads stay dry.


I searched the Dreame website and other internet pages, but haven't found any solution.

Please advise.

Hello, you can try to remove the mop pads and only install the mop pads holder, then start the mopping task to see if the robot will discharge water.

If there is still no water flowing out, please remove the mop pads holder as well, then poke the water outlet at the bottom with a wire (refer to the picture below), and then try to see if water will flow out.

The design of my Dreame is a little different but was able to locate the outlets. I used a wire and no water. As I tried to rinse base of the washboard, no water entered the washboard either.
 
Is there no water flowing out of the base station? Check whether there are foreign objects blocking the seal plug and piping inside the clean water tank.
