Last version of app is just blank on iPhone

Hello,

I've just updated the app to the latest version and now I get a blank screen just after start (I get the logo screen for about 1 sec and then just a blank page).

My L10s is just useless now. Is there a fix coming?

Fortunately I still have an older version of the app on my iPad. It works as usual.
The problem definitely comes from the new version…

Same problem with app on new version 2.3.7 on iphone, imac and Android.
BLANK SCREEN !!!!!!

Delete and reinstall app.  That fixed it for me.

The Region on the APP also needs to select the region where you are actually located. Otherwise, your device information will not be displayed.
 
Hello, did you log in with the original account? If you log in with a new account, the device information will not be displayed in your APP.
 
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as suggested and all the data was lost. Need to map the house again and configure the app. Extremely disappointed.

I confirm that uninstalling/reinstalling works enventually. I had to do it twice but now it’s back to normal.
Wonder how this can be the official fix but I have my robot back in business, so…
