I have an issue with the vacuum cleaner. It stopped cleaning thinking that the mop was removed whereas it was still there. Is there someone who could help ?
Hello! Please try to install the mop holder manually to check if it is magnetic. Please note that the device needs to be power on for installation.
If the error persists, please try to restart the robot. If the same error occurs after restarting, it means that there is a hardware failure. Please contact our after-sales department and provide the following information for further solutions.
1. SN number on the label at the bottom of the robot
2. Purchase receipt or invoice
