Dreamehome app 2.3.7 blank screen

It’s been hours now guys. The app leads to an endless blank screen. My very expensive robot is currently useless.

I think your software development  process needs a significant audit. Do you have unit tests?  Acceptance tests? Are they automated?  How high is your test coverage?

Did you really queue an update for Friday and then go home for the weekend?

Same here. I don’t understand how this can’t be recognised by anyone in the company. I guess we have to wait until Monday. That gives me definitely some thinking, if Dreame is the right choice, when it comes to buy a new vacuum robot.

I’m having same the problem. Judging by the timing of this post I’m now not optimistic

The solution is to uninstall the app and install again from AppStore.


Still, I agree this is a terrible user experience and a big contrast with Dreame’s superb products. I hope they will improve their process on software outage recovery

If uninstalling and reinstalling the app still does not solve the problem, please contact our after-sales team and provide the following information.

1. Dreame Home ID
2. APP version number
3. Phone system version number (IOS or Android)
