I only bought this robot a week ago , used every day without any problems, was checking for tangled hair around moving parts regularly, however about 2 days ago I started to hear a new noise coming from a rotating part. Any idea how could I stop that noise?
Hi, is the rotating part you are referring to the main brush?
Have you also cleaned the sides of the main brush where it connects to the robot? The robot's main brush slot has also been cleaned, but is there still noise?
If this is the case, you can replace a new main brush and see if the noise disappears.
