X50 ultra does not use detergent

My X50 ultra complete does not use the detergent from the detergent tank. I have already waved the tank to get some fluid out, blown on it, pushed a needle through the opening and still the tank is not used.

In the app the detergent use is activated

Aftersales does not respond on emails.

Anyone with a similar experience or solution?

Hello! Dear user, if the APP can correctly identify the cleaning liquid box, it means that there is no problem with this function.
The cleaning liquid is automatically added 1~2ml each time, the amount is small, and the reduction is not obvious. When the robot finishes cleaning the mop, you can shake the dirty water tank to observe whether foam is produced to determine whether the device uses cleaning liquid.
