X50 ultra scratches floor during cleaning

My X50 ultra is recently scratching the floor during cleaning, both vacuum and mopping.

It looks the plastic hooks at the bottom touch the floor during the whole operations. This was not the case in the beginning.

Anyone a clue or tip?

Dear user, does the plastic hooks refer to the main brush cover? If it is caused by the deformation of the main brush cover, you can contact our after-sales team to get a new main brush cover.
