Whenever my X50 wants to return back to the station, the left wheel starts to spin as soon as he approaches the ramp, and is not able to fully climb the ramp and get back to the station.

please turn the main wheel by hand to see if both wheels can rotate normally. Check if there is any foreign object wrapped around the wheel. If there is, press and turn the main wheel and try to clean the foreign object with a clean cloth.
If it still cannot be solved, please reset the robot.
