We had our robot for only 2 weeks and it has been doing great, we love it. Until today.
Today it started its cleaning task, but instead of going to the right room to start cleaning, it went to another room, seems to be lost on a carpet (where it usually never goes since we set it up as a no go zone), circling on it.
I decided to send him back to the Dock, but he just kept going in circles.
I turned it off, stopped the activity. Placed it back on the dock station and then started a new cleaning activity. Since, it just goes out of the dock station, spins around for ever and never go further than in front of the dock.
I tried cleaning the sensors, checking the wheels for hairs… etc
Even factory reboot.
Still the same behaviors, goes out of the dock, and spins in circles forever.
Hello, please check if the LDS sensor on the top of the robot rotates normally. If there is any foreign matter, please clean it up in time.
