[X50 Ultra Complete] X50 - mapping not working correctly

Hello, i just bought a new X50 ultra, i was so exited! But he is not mapping my flat correctly from the start, changing rooms to wrong orientations, when finaly i got it right one time he then complete crap it the next he start vacuum. I moved the station so he has a space exactly as in manual, but still he thinks its in another rooms that he is. Its clean, firmware is updated, i realy dont know what to do, i have a feeling i want to throw it out of the window to be honest and it should be the best robot on the market.... What can i do with it?

I tried factory reset, i tried remaping multiple times, he is lost in space, never finding right room where he is, once he forget the mapping he done (when it was finaly ok) is this realy a product or just prototype?

Sadly there is no support that is helpfull. And the line for the support is not working. Thats the worst product i have ever bought.

Same shit here.
My past experience about mapping issue is:

During the initial mapping, although the house looked fine while scanning, the map rotated around 45 degrees and became skewed as soon as it divided the rooms at the end. I tried this process several times, but the result didn’t change. Finally, I closed off the room at the far end, changed the location of the station, and after that it mapped correctly. Then I put the station back in its original place and forced the robot to find it. It added the room in the next cleaning session and I manually divided it. It seems to be working properly for now with this method.
