When I try to connect via QR Code, the robot doesn't connect. It says "l'appareil n'est pas lancé" in French. When I try to connect manually, it works until the end of the process but there's an error message at the end saying "pas d'appareil connecté" and m'y dashboard remains empty.
Can you help me ?

Please make sure that the robot and mobile phone are close to the router and that the Wi-Fi signal is good. Before configuring the network, please enable the location permissions of the App and mobile phone Bluetooth. Failure to enable permissions will result in network configuration failure.
Check whether the router has set up Mac address filtering, whitelist and other functions. You can try to reset the router and restart the robot before checking. If the above method does not work, try to use one mobile phone to release the hotspot as a Wi-Fi network, and another mobile phone to connect to the hotspot and configure the network for cross-verification. Or try again with another mobile phone.
