When it works it works great, but thats all. In under 2 months im on my way to get the 3 machine. I only got this because it can walk 4cm treshold i had a roborock7. It works wonderful over treshold, exept when he also thinks he need to raise up the way down a treshold also. It has dificult fiend way home. It goes in and out of 1 of the rooms 12 times every time. And it have an awfull vibrating sound thats the reason i have changed it 2 times because that sound not right. Hello, Please remove the side brush, main brush cover, main brush and the mop pad holder at the bottom of the robot, start cleaning and then following below steps to operate:

If the noise disappears:
① Install the side brush first, start the robot, if there is abnormal noise during working, check whether the side brush is deformed or entangled.
②If the side brush works normally after installation: The rubber strip of the main brush cover and the floor have friction with each other, and you can keep using it for several times to observe.
③If there is abnormal noise after installing the main brush, please remove the main brush and check whether the two ends of the main brush are entangled. When installing the cover, make sure the four sides are installed correctly.

If the noise still exists:
① After the power is turned off, press down on both sides of the main wheels and slide the main wheels to check whether they can rotate, whether they can rebound after letting go, and clean it up if any foreign objects.
②Turn the universal wheel to check whether it is smooth, if not, please clean it up.

Hello and thank you very much for the answer. The problem is as follow. This sound is right from the box. Its not suddenly happens, i could agree with you after several uses but not from the start. I like the machine and wants it to work. I even rebuild my tresholds in the house for this machine to work around.
