My impression is that because it is an uncommon model, you have no interest in following and then updating and implementing new functions on this device.
I have devices, from another famous brand of robot vacuum cleaner, that are updated even after more than 5 years since I bought them.
This was my first Dreame robot and, given the little support and upgradeability of your products, I will not purchase or recommend any to anyone in the future
