Is it indispensable the detergent specially indicate for the robot or you can use another one?I mean, a neutral ph, a soft one, so you never damage the robot.

Yes, cleaning fluid is necessary for this model of equipment. Using cleaning fluid can make the mop cleaner and reduce bacterial growth. The pH value of our cleaning fluid is around 7~8, which is neutral and mild and will not damage the robot.
