have delivered 2 on my 3 now. Its for now crap all issues you read about i have had. And i have tried all support tells. And after service is not ok on some weeks old machine.

Ok. The 2 first i had. Did not have the same chaotic run like this one have. Those 2 had the rattling loose part noise. Not because travveling on hard wood. Because that sound is ok. This sound was like a loose battery or something inside the machine. Now the 3 one does not have that sound, but this one has what you see on picture. And this does not only ocure when clean genius is on but also manual room vacuum. This also have a much more noise when the arm goes round. I dont meen when the arm goes out and in, that is ok. But the sound when the arm goes in and out is there when it doesent do it. And the other 2 i delivered dident have it. 14557, 26263. I have been on the phone to mentech in norway. And also your phone number wich start +46200123326. I want this to work but im tired pakking upp and down this machine. And I want to help to resolve those problems you have with some machine.
