I have replaced the brush with a brand new one, yet the error persist. Gave the robot a good clean as well. Customer service is useless. Appreciate help.

If there is no foreign object entangled and the main brush cover is installed in place, but this message still appears, it may be an internal sensor failure that needs to be resolved through repair.
