Why can I not access the camera from the app?

Why is it not possible to access the camera from the app? I have just bought the l10s Ultra gen 2 and i thought it is supported.

Hi, L10s Ultra Gen2 does not support the camera.

When will support for the camera be added? We're talking about 'Gen 2', so it's thought to be better than 'Gen 1', and instead it turns out to be even worse!
Are you working to add camera support or not? Because I come from L10s Ultra 'Gen 1' and I used the camera (and I don't think I am the only one). Thank you
