ubject: Issue with LDS sensor on brand new L5 robot

Hello,
I just purchased my Dreame L5 robot less than two hours ago.
During its very first cleaning, the LDS sensor got stuck, making a noise and failing to lower properly.

Could you please let me know where this issue might come from, and whether there is a solution to fix it?

Hello,
Have you turned on the Auto-lifting LDS function? If it is turned on and still cannot descend, it may be a hardware failure. You need to contact our after-sales department and provide the SN number on the bottom of the robot and the robot's invoice. The after-sales department will give priority to your case.
