Dreame X50 Master not using detergent during cleaning

Hi everyone,

I recently bought the Dreame X50 Master, but I’ve noticed that during cleaning it never seems to use the detergent, even though I’ve filled the dedicated tank and enabled the relevant functions in the app.

After washing, the mop still has no scent at all, and it feels like only water is being used. I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling the detergent option in the app, but nothing changes.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it?

Hello, add 1~2ml of cleaning liquid each time. The amount added is relatively small and the change is not obvious. You can check whether the dirty water after washing the mop can produce foam to determine whether the cleaning liquid has been used.

Same issue here. Does the x50 ultra complete use the soap as its clean the floor? Or only when cleaning the mops?

And can i add some in the water tunk
