It's very unfortunate that Dreame support is so poor. The few questions I asked about my X50 were never responded properly. I'm not even sure you read and understand the questions. I was on the verge of buying other products, mower and swimming pool device, but I'm reconsidering my options, because of this non existent support. That's really sad, because the products are good. But, when you buy a device at this price, you must be properly supported. This is not the case
