Hello, I just purchased a new x50 ultra complete. I am not able to power it on. Even after 4 hours in the charge station and resetting by holding the power button nothing starts.I can see a little blue light on the resetting button that's all. Docking station is on . The light on front is on .Any suggestions?

Hello,you can manually put the robot into the base station to charge it and then try to turn it on. If it still doesn't work, you need to contact the seller for further solutions.
