H15 pro no longer sends clean water to the brush roll. I keep.getting the same message to fill the water tank but it IS full. My floor remains dry abd the message keeps saying the same thing. I bought the vacuum 3 mintgs ago and only use it with easy tile surfaces. Please help as the aftersales service has ignored my messages

If you use purified water, the device may not recognize it and display an error message.
Or you can try to reinstall the clean water tank. If it still doesn't work, you can press the clean water tank outlet valve to check whether it can rebound normally.
You also need to start the robot self-cleaning program to check whether the device still indicates that it is short of water.
