L10s pro heat cannot dock itself at basestation

Hi,
My l10s pro heat cannot dock at base station any more. Never had this issue before and now all the time, I need to help it to get back in.

The problem starts when it aligns and drives centered towards the station and then at the very last moment it steers a bit left drives a bit forward rotates 180 deg. and backs up skew up the ramp. When it drives from this angle the pads touch the ramp and push it up which makes the alignment worse. It never took the ramp from an angle before. Is this a bugfix for others or how could these happen. I have cleaned all sensors. The floor is as flat as it could be.

How can I tackle this problem?

Ike

When I take out the pads it can dock sometimes.
Is it normal that the pads come down when ontop of the ramp backing up?

I have reset to factory defaults remapped the layout and tried different locations for the base station and cleaned all the sensors but without any luck…

Does anybody know with what tag or sensor the robot aligns from the base station?

Hello, for this problem, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. Check if there is any foreign matter or dust on the robot's charging contacts. If there is dust, it will cause the robot to dock repeatedly, so please wipe it clean before use.
2. Check if the metal shrapnel on the charging contact is stuck.

If it still doesn't work, please reset the robot to see if this problem can be solved. If resetting the robot still doesn't work, please contact our after-sales department for further solutions.
