Love the robot but the app could be updated! Function like come to location so it would be easier to empty the robot or even the general map layout sometimes changes/shifts. Overall very good product and would love to update my current one to a newer version!

This is bad product. It doesn't do anything well. Poor at picking up dirt on tiles. Mopping is poor mainly around the door ways crossing into another room. At this place it's left worst than before the moping. 9 out 10 it fails to dock. This is my third generation vacuum robot and it's by far the worst. I'm thinking of replacing. Less than 6 months use.

I have x40 ultra complete and after last firmware update the system is not completing the Cleaning because it says that it can go over through thresholds that actually don’t exist. It is not neither the area Where the base is placed for the sane reason. This is really bad, please help. Thanks

I've got a Dreame X40 Ultra Complete & its not adding detergent or washing the mop pads with hot water. Can anyone help??
